Bleeding tendency is considered to be related to fibrinolytic hyperplasia (lymphatic disease, non-regenerative anemia, purpura, … and unusual bleeding during and after surgery).
Abnormal bleeding is considered to be related to local fibrinolytic hyperemia (bleeding in the lungs, nose, genitals, or kidneys or abnormal bleeding during or after prostate surgery).
DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION:
For adults, usually 750mg to 2000mg tranexamic acid (2-4 tablets Transamin 500mg) per day divided into three or four times.
The dose may be adjusted depending on the age and symptoms of the patient.
In the appointment of menstruation, the recommended dose for adults is 1g (4 tablets Transamin 500mg) 3 times a day starting from the first day of the period of the day out more.
Patients with thrombosis
Patients with a history of hypersensitivity to any ingredient of the drug.
Surgical patients in the central nervous system or bleeding in the central nervous system.
